Photo Gallery

The Hot Photo Gallery plugin is all that you need to make photo galleries of images. It allows you to publish them directly in the pages or posts of your WordPress site!

How the Lightbox Plugin for WordPress Works?

1. Upload images for your gallery in a folder on your server. You can use the WordPress Media Library to upload images. Also, you can use FTP if you want to upload images anywhere on your site. Make sure the folder is writable by the server if you are uploading by FTP (chmod it to 755).
2. Make a post or a page in WordPress with or without text and type: {photogallery}images/foldername{/photogallery} wherever you want on the page or post.

This plugin will do all the remaining job for you! What actually it does?

1. It automatically makes thumbnail images and saves them in /thumbs subfolder of your selected folder. You can define thumbnail image width in the plugin properties, the default value is 200 (Settings > Hot Photo Gallery plugin settings).
2. It replaces your command described above with a series of thumbnail images. You can select how many images to show per row in the plugin settings. The default value for columns is 3.
3. The plugin creates a Lightbox slideshow. Click on any thumbnail will open a larger image in Lightbox pop-up. User can use arrows to change images (prev/next) in the pop-up window.
