wordpress password error

I can not access the control panel with the word press user and password = admin, and the homepage of the template appears ERROR 404. What do I get access the control panel?

You probably didn’t install theme properly. Please install the theme using HotStart procedure, as described here: http://www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/wp-documentation
