And by the way, don’t want to bug you Milos, but that (uploading plugins again) doesn’t seem to work, and in addition, now in WordPress there are NO plugins listed in the widgets area on the right and no code?!! (see attached pic) I AM FREAKING OUT! HELP!!

    Thanks,

    Kris

That’s why I recommended you to upload plugins by FTP. Reinstalling should also work, but now you should also:

    – activate plugins that you reinstalled.
    – drag them to the appropriate widget positions (you marked these with red)
    – edit widget’s settings (if needed)

After upgrade (which is a must to maintain compatibility with the latest WP, you should not freak out), we will inspect what else could cause the problems (if any). In example, if you don’t see the main pics in Designation, you probably missed the big pics location.

    Thanks

    Hi Milos,

I’m sorry, but I have tried what you said: downloaded the plugins and reinstalled via FTP, but nothing is working. Even after reactivating them, I cannot drag the plugins to the widget areas as displayed in my previous picture. Can you please investigate? I can create a login for you on this site.

    Thanks,

    Kris

    Hi Milos,

I was able to fix the problem. For all users who update WordPress and then the theme/plugins do not work correctly, simply ROLL BACK to the version of WordPress you were on. There are ways to find out what version you previously using, and tutorials on how to rollback. Always keep backups too! Milos, thanks for your time, help and suggestions. B)
