Where do I find the documentation for this theme?

The reason why I ask – besides the fact I just can’t find it – is because I want to turn off the carousel and Gallery when reading a post. So I want to see them on the frontpage, but not on the posts, pages and archives.

If you installed the theme with HotStart installation method, you have Widget Control plugin installed which allows you to show widgets on certain pages only. Please read this: http://www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/blog/wordpress/209-publish-wordpress-widget-on-certain-pages-only

If you did not use HotStart, you can install the Widget Control plugin now from the WordPress plugins repository.
