    Hallo,
    I have meet a problem in coporate_theme, I installed successfully on my webhost, opend it in wordpress,
    but, when I created a new page or opened the existed page you made the browser could not find the root.

    I ask you one thing:
    when I upload the info, should I upload only the wp_hot_corporate_hotstart.zip or, upload all the documents I installed in your website, such as. wp_hot_corporate.zip,plugin_hot_slicebox.zip bla bla….(as the attached picture

    Hello,

    It’s highly recommended to install the theme using HotStart installation method. Please read this guide carefully and follow all the steps. Don’t try to install theme into your old WordPress because you can’t copy our demo data this way.

    I do all the details as instruction you gave. but the problem is the theme can be open but, as long as I press any botton, I can not inter another webpage.

    I tried other themes, all can be opened ausomely, I did not know what was the wrong .

    Hello,

    When I open your site I get this error:

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    This is not related to the theme. Please consult your hosting support.

    I saw the instruction on your website, previously I thought it is relate with the host server. but , I tasted another two theme, they are quite normal, and I can charge them what ever I want. but this theme in the same way, I could not .

    Theme is not installed at all… When I visit this site http://www.tuerqihao123.com/wp-admin/ I see just “not found” error. Where did you install the theme?

    I even can not open the webpages you prepared in it for us. it is really strange.

    Hello,

    This is fixed now. After installation, you should go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and just click Save. This created .htaccess file on your server to make all permalinks working.
