hot start installation failed

    I decided to switch from joomla hot sportal to wp hot sportal. So I bought the wp template and proceeded with the hot start installation.

    Everything went perfect, but it ends up whit a standard installation without data.

    Actually, there was only one little difference with what I had and what is written in the installation document :
    “Under the WordPress logo, between the brackets [ and ], you can see the link of your new site. You already know that (we hope ), so this is just one more confirmation that installation is done.”

    On my screen, nothing was written.

    Hello,

    Are you uploaded all HotStart files into an empty folder?
    Are you used an empty database?

    If both answers are YES, please send me your FTP access (use Report to moderator button to send it).

    Hi again,

    You didn’t upload HotStart files. Please upload archive “wp_hot_sportal_hotstart.zip” on your FTP and let me know in what folder you uploaded it.

    OK, I didn’t know that I had to unzip the other .zip before uploading hotstart.zip

    the only problem now is this :
    Warning: require(/home/embouled/public_html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/embouled/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/embouled/public_html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/embouled/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21
