Full Corousel Plugin At Widget Area Not Working

Hi Admin,

I had downloaded the Hot Golf Template. Besides, I followed all the instructions that had given by the Hot Golf Template with the demo data. Unfortunately, my widgets that carry the Hot Full Carousel are not working. I already follow all the settings based on the instructions notes.

Can you please help me to find out the solutions?

Hello,
1. Check if Hot Full Carousel plugin is installed and activated in WordPress Dashboard > Plugins. If not, please install it and activate it.
2. Check if carousel images are uploaded. Use FTP and check if folder “/wp-content/uploads/carousel” exists and 3 slide images are inside it.
3. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and open position Widget 2. Check if “Hot Full Carousel” widget is there. If not, drag and drop it there. The widget settings should be set as per images published here: https://hot-themes.com/blog/carousel-settings-from-the-hot-golf-theme/
