Error to create new article

Hi,
I install HotAcademy at localhost and work very well. But, when I install at my site, I can’t create or edit article. Error message:
Fatal error: Class ‘JTableObserverTags’ not found in /home/educa3/www/libraries/joomla/observer/mapper.php on line 78
I need help please.
