    Sorry for delay.

We have fixed the Control Widget Visibility problem. Please download, unzip and upload the attached file by FTP to the folder /wp-content/themes/wp_hot_explorer/library

    Regards
    Milos

    OK, I’ll do it ASAP.
    One more:
During these weeks I’ve been screwing up the theme because of my lack of knowledge. Is it possible to begin again from zero?

This will be the best actually. But, please re-download the theme package first from our site and then re-install. We have uploaded new theme files.

    Thanks
    Milos

Is it a usual WP installation, or must I pay again?

No, you don’t have to pay again. Just re-download files from our site.

To download our templates and extensions, please do the following:

    1. Go to http://www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/store and login with your email and password.
    2. Click on the Downloads link.
    3. If your subscription is paid and active (green color), click the Available Downloads button.
    4. Download any template or extension (click on its name).

Hi. Once again I’ve got problems with the install process. I’ve followed steps described in http://demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/wordpress/explorer/?page_id=175, , but I get this answer http://skichampagne.com/hotexplorer/

Well it is obvious , check permissions of files and folders (CHMOD). Folders should be 755 files 644.

No, perhaps you haven’t installed HotStart… You keep installing plain WordPress…

Nevermind, I will install it for you. I need your FTP access. Server is “ftp.servage.net”. Please send me username and password by clicking the “Report to moderator” button here.

    Thanks

Your theme has been installed. WordPress username is admin, and password is the same as your FTP password.
