I have used the churchly template and on the Contact Us page, it says it uses the contact template under the page attributes and it works.

Now I am trying to use the cosmetics template, and i selected the contact template so that the contact us form shows up. But the form doesn’t show up. Can you tell me why. The website is http://www.ridgebooster.com.

Enabling on contact form can be set in menu item settings, did you check that?

i did pick contact template under page attributes for the page. I’m not sure what area under menu item settings you mean. please let me know.

I am not sure what you are doing wrong, but after HotStart installation, you have a Contact Us page ready and operational, including the contact form as a part of the page. You can check how it looks on our demo site. The “Contact Us” link is in the footer menu: http://demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/wordpress/cosmetics/?page_id=113

Sorry, Milos. I was used to the churchly theme and that contact form pops up automatically. I didn’t realize I need to click on the contact form hyperlink heading to activate it.

but my second question is, when i click on the contact form heading a warning box pops up saying that the contact form is dissbled in the demo. so i don’t know if this form is working. But what address does it send the email to? is it an option you can set up. you can see what i mean at http://www.ridgebooster.com (contact us tab is on the topmenu).

Please unzip the attached file and upload it to /wp-admin/themes/wp_hot_cosmetics folder. If you find file contact_disabled.php in this folder, feel free to delete it.

    Regards
    Milos
