My Primary domain in my godaddy hosting is mnpexports.com

And i have a add on domain knkfivestar.com with folder name knkfivestar.com and i uploaded all files there as per Hot installation.

During installation in Step 5 i went to http://www.mnpexports.com/knkfivestar.com/index.php and continued the next steps

but my intention is to have site on knkfivestar.com and but now i access it on http://www.mnpexports.com/knkfivestar.com

This is how their servers are setup, but I am really not sure… I would recommend you to contact GoDaddy support and ask them where you should upload files for your site.

    Thanks

We do not issue refunds, please read our TOS page http://www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/terms-of-service

Also, I don’t understand why you are asking for this when you don’t have problem with theme, but with hosting. Please clarify.

    Thanks

Understood that you don’t provide refunds, it is my mistake without knowing the features i signed up here.

However it is not hosting problem, if hosting problem i will face problem with other domain installations. The issue is with the method of Hotthemes installation. It doesn’t have a feature to install for a Add on Domain.

Yes it’s possible. I installed our themes many times on GoDaddy hosting with one main and several add-on domains. This is really not a limitation. I don’t understand how you run into the problem.

Do you have GoDaddy account with cPanel?

Yes, i have a godaddy account with Cpanel. I just followed your installation instruction line by line. I guess something went wrong while assigning url path

    Hello,

I am using the same hosting and it’s normal that addon site appears on 2 locations. This is my example (this is Hot Architecture template).

    Main site is http://www.arhinet.net/
    Addon domain is http://www.arhitektura.rs/
However, you can see the addon doman also here http://www.arhinet.net/arhitektura.rs/

This is how cPanel works and we can’t change this. This is not a template issue.

I hope I understand your problem well. If not, please let me know.

    Thanks

Yes, i also figured it out.

But what mistake i did is during step 5 in the browser i went to

    http://www.mainsite.com/addondomainfolder/index.php

    Instead of

    http://www.addondomain.com/index.php

I am trying to resolve that now.

    Lesson Learned,

I just tested this for you on my Godaddy. No problems. Theme installed on addon domain:
    http://www.designdestiny.net/furniture/

As you can see all the pages are referring to the addon domain, not to main domain:
    http://arhinet.net/designdestiny.net/furniture/

Maybe you have an old GoDaddy hosting with Godaddy Control Panel. In this case, I suggest you to upgrade your hosting to the new cPanel based hosting which is much better.

    Thanks
