about invert position wigets

hello,

I want to put some poster on INSERT POSITION which wigets should I use for there. I found it was writtin as banner1, banner2 but I could not find the specific position.

I have selected the Hot wordpress random image on it İ entered the correct path on it but I could not appear the pictures. can you give me a link that teaches me the hot wordpress random image?

You most likely mistyped the folder name. Please let me know what you entered in the folder field?
