In Carousel, all ALT tags must be identical. By default, it’s empty. To change it, edit file /wp-content/plugins/wp_hot_carousel/hot_carousel.php and change this in 2 places:

Headings use H2. To change it to H1, edit /wp-content/themes/wp_hot_destinations/content-single.php
