Please edit the widget that contains the icons (position user4) and change links to the images. In example, this
<img src="wp-content/uploads/2012/10/linkedin.png" alt="linkedin">

should be changed to this:
<img src="http://www.ribesgrafica.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/linkedin.png" alt="linkedin">
